Plan International UK is seeking a dynamic Climate Finance Technical Advisor to lead the design of a high-quality proposal for the ASEAN-UK Green Transition Fund.

The Advisor will shape innovative, blended finance solutions that unlock investment for nature-positive enterprises and strengthen MSME capacity across ASEAN.

The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years’ experience in climate finance, green investment, impact fund design, or NbS enterprise development, and deep familiarity with ASEAN climate strategies and institutions. Experience with carbon markets, inclusive finance, and donor-funded proposals is highly desirable.
