About the Team

GRC’s operational teams are dedicated to strengthening capacity, improving efficiency, and delivering strategic value to advance GRC’s mission and core activities. These teams - including HR, Finance, IT, Security, Communications, Logistics, and Administration play a critical role in supporting organisational growth by providing essential services that enable the smooth operation of GRC’s expanding workforce, projects, and funding streams.

The Role

We are looking for a Graphic Designer to join our team in Ukraine. The Graphic Designer contributes to the printed, online, and electronic media projects by preparing communication materials, creating visuals for the website and social media, developing print layouts, giving creative input, and designing promotional tools as needed.

Duty Station: Kyiv, Ukraine

Contract Duration: 6 Months (Renewable based on funding and performance).

Responsibilities

• Design and create visual materials (infographics, banners, flyers).
• Ensure visual consistency of the GRC brand across all communication materials.
• Create graphic design for social media and GRC website content.
• Collaborate with the Communications Lead and Communications Officer in developing visuals
• Design newsletters/analytics /annual reports, both for online and print versions.
• Support in the development presentations.
• Support the Communications team with other tasks related to visuals as needed.

Your Background

• Relevant degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Min 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong design skills with a passion for creating visually appealing visuals for various projects.
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva, Figma, Word, PowerPoint.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Creative keen eye able to create visually appealing designs for digital and print media.
• Ability to work collaboratively across various teams.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of Typography and Color Theory (understanding composition, color schemes, and typography) will be considered an asset.
• Drawing and illustration skills will be considered assets.
• Excellent English and Ukrainian language skills - spoken and written.
