Project overview & role:
The Trainer will plan and deliver practical capacity building workshops for representatives of key institutions (DTVET, DNFE and VSD providers). The aim is to equip local stakeholders with the skills to independently design and run effective promotional campaigns in the future.
Main tasks:
Expert profile:
· + Minimum 5 years of experience delivering capacity building and training, ideally for public institutions.
· + Strong understanding of:
o Online and offline marketing tools and techniques.
o Effective low-budget communication strategies (social media, websites, email marketing, digital ads, viral content).
· + Ability to design and facilitate practical workshops and hands-on activities.
· + Experience with mentoring and learning-by-doing approaches to ensure stakeholders can run future campaigns independently.
· + Advantage: experience working with public institutions in Lao PDR.
