Urban and Rural Planner / Mid-Term Review and Update the National Transport Policy

Should possess a minimum of a University Degree in Urban and Regional Planning, Transport Engineering or related field or its equivalent qualification. Master’s degree in similar fields will be an added advantage.  With minimum work experience of not less than 5 years in similar assignments. With proficiency in spoken and written English and writing of concise and clear reports. 

The urban and rural planner shall employ best practices in urban and rural planning with particular attention to land constraints, environmental factors and climate change considerations during and beyond the implementation period of the policy.
