We specialize in delivering high-quality consulting services across sectors such as livelihoods, health, education, protection, climate resilience, governance, and humanitarian response. Our work is grounded in evidence-based approaches, participatory methods, and a deep commitment to ethical and inclusive research practices. We support NGOs, UN agencies, and donors with rigorous research, monitoring and evaluation (M&E), capacity building, and technical advisory services across Africa and the Middle East.

  • Supervise and support enumerator teams to ensure high-quality, ethical, and timely data collection.
  • Oversee participant mobilization in coordination with local stakeholders.
  • Conduct spot checks, field monitoring, and troubleshooting during data collection.
  • Ensure accurate reporting of field progress to the STOOS central coordination team.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Social Sciences, Public Health, Development Studies, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ proven experience managing fieldwork in research, surveys, or M&E assignments.
  • Previous experience supervising enumerator teams in multi-site or complex contexts.
  • Excellent command of English, both spoken and written – with the ability to communicate with international research teams and draft basic field reports.
  • Strong familiarity with digital data collection tools (e.g., KoboToolbox, ODK, SurveyCTO).
  • Ability to manage field teams under tight timelines and adapt to changing field dynamics.
