Educational Qualifications:

  • The Planning Specialist shall have a relevant Bachelor degree preferably postgraduate qualification in Planning Management.

 

Essential Experience:

  • She/he must have a minimum of 15 (fifteen) years related to Project schedules Management of large road construction projects.
  • She/he preferably has strong experience in project planning and scheduling for large infrastructure projects, with proficiency in scheduling software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project).
  • She/he must have served in a similar capacity on at least 2 (two) Highway or road construction projects of similar nature.
  • In addition, she/he must have relevant international experience and working experience of at least 2 (two) years in developing countries.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English is mandatory.

 

Job responsibilities:

  • She/he will be responsible for overseeing the project schedule, ensuring that all activities are planned and executed in accordance with the approved timeline.
  • She/he will monitor progress, identify potential delays, and propose corrective actions for the DBF Contract.
