Educational Qualification :

• She/he must be a registered Civil Engineer with a degree in Civil Engineering with expertise in large concrete structures or equivalent.

Essential Experience :

• She/he must have a minimum of 15 (fifteen) years of cumulative experience in Civil Engineering and thereof a minimum of 6 (six) years related to structural elements such as bridges, retaining walls, overpasses, and underpasses construction.
• She/he must have served in a similar capacity on at least 2 (two) projects with concrete or steel structures of similar nature.
• She/he must be preferably a full-time employee of the PMC since at least 2 years.
• In addition, she/he must have relevant international experience and working experience of at least 1 (one) year in developing countries.
• Fluent in writing and speaking English is mandatory.

Job responsibilities :

• She/he will be responsible for supervising the construction of structural elements such as bridges, retaining walls, overpasses, and underpasses and all similar structures, in compliance with the DBF Contract, the technical specifications and the approved detailed design.
