KE 4: Quality Assurance Engineer / Quantity Surveyor

**Opportunity for Collaboration in Armenia**

IRD Engineering is looking to discuss a potential collaboration on an EBRD-funded project in Armenia. This project involves providing support to the Project Implementation Unit (PIU) with works supervision for a customs terminal over a period of 36 months.

We are seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications:

- Professionally qualified civil engineer or equivalent.

- Preferably 10 years of experience in similar projects, including the establishment and implementation of quality assurance systems, measurement and payment systems, document management systems, and other related systems.

- Preferably 5 years of experience as a QA Manager and/or Quantity Surveyor in the design and construction of buildings.
