Dasan Consultants Co., Ltd. Republic of Korea, is seeking civil engineers to perform Detailed Engineering Design, Procurement Management, and Construction Supervision for Water Resources Project.

Job Title: Procurement Specialist

Contract: 3 months 

Location: Cambodia

Starting date: Not yet decided, expected 4th quarter of 2025

Qualifications:                                   

-          PhD Degree in Finance/Accounting/Business administration or other relevant field (including Civil Engineering)

-          16 years or more of professional experience in public procurement in developing countries

-          13 years or more in conducting procurement under bilateral/multilateral funded projects/programs including ADB/EU and other development donors.

-          5 projects or more experience in tender document preparation in international construction works for water resources, irrigation, and drainage

-          4 projects or more experience with the WB and other development partners

-          4 projects or more experience in the implementation of civil works in Southeast Asian countries

-          Excellent in English proficiency
