Qualifications and skills required for the team: - All experts should have a completed university studies of at least 3 years attested by a diploma. In its absence, 5 years of equivalent professional experience. General professional experience of the team: - The team must have a cumulative experience of at least 18 years in the field of training services on EU procedures, project life cycle and related topics. • Specific professional experience of the team: - Previous working experience for the EU will be considered an asset. • Language skills of the team: - The team will have command of English at level C1 of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CERF) – both spoken and written
