Our company is growing and evolving! We are currently undergoing an exciting phase of transformation as part of a merger. To strengthen our finance team, we are looking for support in project controlling. If you enjoy taking on commercial responsibility in international projects, working closely with expert teams and project managers, and contributing to the further development of our finance department, we look forward to getting to know you!
Responsibilities
- Supporting and advising department leads and project managers (m/f/d) in all business matters
- Financial and commercial management of projects together with the project manager
- Preparing financial offers and cost calculations
- Assisting in preparing quarterly reports
- Supporting project related year-end closing tasks
- Issuance of customer invoices and consortium settlements
- Correspondence with clients, consortium partners, project staff
- Checking project accounts and posting business transactions internally at Dorsch Impact
- Preparation of project-specific data for further processing in Dorsch Impact's internal accounting system
Your profile
- Successfully completed a degree in business administration with a focus on controlling/finance, or an equivalent qualification
- 3–5 years of professional experience in operational project controlling and project accounting, ideally within the context of development cooperation
- Strong numerical and analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and in a well-structured manner
- Excellent command of English and French (C1 level); German skills are an asset
- Strong team player with outstanding communication skills and assertiveness
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, and comfortable working with new IT systems
