KE1: Team Leader/ IT System Quality Assurance for WB project in Mozambique

AAM Consulting is currently looking for experts for the WB funded “Quality Assurance Services During the Process of Design, Development, Testing, and Roll-out of the Electronic Government Procurement (e-GP) Information System in Mozambique” project in Mozambique. The project is now at the bidding phase and we are looking for experts interested in implementation and possessing all qualifications and skills required for the positions.

Expertise required

KE1: Team Leader/ IT System Quality Assurance

·       Master’s Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science with relevant professional ICT qualification.

·     A demonstrated track record of at least ten years of IT experience in large, busy environments or large IT software projects with at least eight years’ experience in the design, development, and testing and roll out of complex software systems and applications.

·     Experience in the implementation and integration of large scale enterprise applications such as e-Procurement, ERP and CRM systems. Specific experience in e-Procurement Systems will be an added advantage.

·       Must have experience in the implementation of high value public sector IT software projects.

·       Proven track record and strong IT Project Management experience and skills.

·       Good understanding of standard IT Change Management process.

The objective of this assignment is to provide end to end Quality Assurance Services for the entire process of the design, development, testing and roll-out of the e-GP Information System in GoM so as to give the key stakeholders full confidence that the implementers of the e-GP System have achieved the intended outcomes of the e-GP project.

The intended project start date is November 2025, with an estimated end date of March 2026.

Location of Work: Maputo with travel to provinces, as required
