Team Leader / Lead Consultant

Under the RISE Project of the Ministry of Higher Education, Research, Science and Technology (MoHERST) of The Gambia, a technical assistance is being launched to design demand-driven, functional, and practical curricula for two new TVET Centres of Excellence in Agribusiness and Fisheries.

The consultancy will ensure that the new training programmes are aligned with the Gambia National Qualifications Framework (GNQF), respond to labour market needs, integrate inclusive and gender-sensitive pedagogy, and promote green and digital skills for youth employability.

Contract duration: 4 months (starting upon contract signature).

Expert Profile

1. Team Leader / Lead Consultant

• Advanced degree (Master’s or higher) in Education, Curriculum Studies, or related fields.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in TVET curriculum design and implementation.
• Proven expertise in Competency-Based Training (CBT), curriculum frameworks and assessment development.
