Dasan Consultants Co., Ltd. Republic of Korea, is seeking civil engineers to perform detail design and construction supervision for road and bridge construction project.

 

 

Job Title: Planning Specialist  

Job Responsibilities: Responsible for overseeing the project schedule, ensuring that all activities are planned and executed in accordance with the approved timeline. Monitor progress, identify potential delays, and propose corrective actions for the Design, Build and Finance Contract.

Contract duration: 24 months  

Location: Timor-Leste

Starting date: Not yet decided (expected in the 4th quarter of 2025)

Qualifications:                                   

-          Relevant Bachelor degree, preferably postgraduate qualification in Planning Management

-          Minimum of 15 (fifteen) years related to Project schedules Management of large road construction projects

-          Preferably has strong experience in project planning and scheduling for large infrastructure projects, with proficiency in scheduling software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project)

-          Served in a similar capacity on at least 2 (two) Highway or road construction projects of similar nature(construction supervision services)

-          Relevant international experience and working experience of at least 2 (two) years in developing countries
