Project Coordinator (Philippines Nationals Only)

The Project Coordinator will act as the country-level focal point for implementing all aspects of the data collection activities and ensuring alignment with the central Implementation Plan.

Required Qualifications and Experience

§  Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Education, Social Sciences, Development Studies, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.

§  At least 2 years of experience coordinating field-based data collection, preferably in education or social research.

§  Proven experience managing enumerator teams and supervising large-scale surveys.

§  Familiarity with digital survey platforms (e.g., SurveyCTO, ODK) and remote communication tools (Zoom, Google Meet).

§  Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

§  Demonstrated understanding of research ethics, data confidentiality, and informed consent.

§  Fluency in local language and proficiency in English (written and spoken).
