Yooshin, a global leader in infrastructure consulting with 50+ years of experience, is expanding its presence in East Africa. We are seeking a strategic and dynamic Country Director to lead operations in Kenya and support business in Tanzania.

???? Lead infrastructure development projects
???? Build partnerships with donors, governments & contractors
???? Manage multidisciplinary teams & local compliance
???? Drive growth in transport, water, energy, and urban sectors

Qualifications:
✅ 10+ years in engineering or consulting
✅ Strong leadership & business development experience in Africa
✅ Familiarity with donor-funded projects (AfDB, World Bank, etc.)
✅ Fluency in English (Swahili/Korean is a plus)
