Dasan Consultants Co., Ltd. Republic of Korea, is seeking civil engineers to perform Project Implementation Support Consultant for Water Resources Project.

Job Title:  Team Leader  / Civil (Water) Engineer 

Contract: 36 months 

Location: Bhutan

Starting date: Not yet decided, expected December, 2025

Qualifications:                                   

-          MSc Degree or PhD Degree in civil engineering, river engineering or water resources

engineering

-          25 years or more of relevant professional experience in water projects (river/flood/coastal protections, canals, tunnels, mountainous roads with slope and embankment protection and river valley projects)

-          Leadership of multidisciplinary teams of experts on civil works implementation supervision and project preparation of similar nature as this assignment, and several years at a senior advisory and managerial level.

-          10 years or more of experience of leadership on ADB- or the World Bank financed projects.

-          Track record of demonstrated capabilities to successfully lead the work of several experts/specialists and to perform quality control on their outputs. Abilities to lead, coordinate, and consolidate contributions of experts/specialists of other disciplines to complete a joint project of high quality.

-          High competency in contract management, quality assurance and quality control, safety, compliance with environmental and social safeguards, risk management, project control, claim management, etc., pertaining to construction of similar types of projects.

-          Good knowledge of data processing and software like PRIMAVERA.

-          Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

-          Work experience in Asia is preferred.

-          Full-time employment with the leading firm preferred.
