Quantity Surveyor / Contract Administrator

National Engineering Corporation invites qualified and experienced Quantity Surveyor / Contract Administrator to join our project team for the following World Bank–funded assignment:

Project: Consulting Services for the Detailed Design and Construction Supervision of the Providence Landfill Upgrade, Capacity Expansion, and Closure

Location: Mahe, Seychelles

Duration: 36 Months (7 months for Detailed Design, 12 months for Construction Supervision, and 12 months for Post-Construction Supervision)

Eligibility: These positions are open to Seychelles Nationals only

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review Bills of Quantities, cost estimates, and contract documentation.
• Monitor project budgets, variations, and payments.
• Administer contracts in line with procurement and World Bank requirements.
• Support dispute resolution and financial reporting.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• At least 5–10 years of experience in contract administration and cost control.
• Experience with donor-funded projects preferred.
