CAD/GIS Specialist

National Engineering Corporation invites qualified and experienced CAD/GIS Specialist to join our project team for the following World Bank–funded assignment:

Project: Consulting Services for the Detailed Design and Construction Supervision of the Providence Landfill Upgrade, Capacity Expansion, and Closure

Location: Mahe, Seychelles

Duration: 36 Months (7 months for Detailed Design, 12 months for Construction Supervision, and 12 months for Post-Construction Supervision)

Eligibility: These positions are open to Seychelles Nationals only

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage project drawings, maps, and design documentation.
• Support design team with CAD and GIS-based surveys and mapping.
• Maintain updated records of design revisions and as-built documentation.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Surveying, or GIS/Geomatics.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in CAD and GIS applications.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and GIS software essential.
