War Child is seeking a motivated Procurement and Logistics Assistant who can fulfill the following Job description to join the organization.

Job Summary/ Scope of Work:
The Procurement & Logistics Assistant provides administrative and logistical support to the procurement and logistics team. The role focuses on documentation, filing, follow-ups with suppliers, and supporting procurement and logistics processes to ensure smooth operations.
Responsibilities and Tasks
Job Responsibility 1: Support Procurement Process
40% of time
Job Responsibility 2: Logistics

Job Responsibility 3: Procurement Data Management

Job Responsibility 4: Administrative Support

Qualifications / Education / Training
Required
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
Experience & Skills
Minimum of 1 year of previous professional experience in a similar position along with the required skills.
Required
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in finance, logistics, or procurement within NGOs, preferably with an INGOs.
Demonstrated knowledge of logistics and procurement is an added value.
Strong computer skills, Microsoft office, especially Excel and Word.
Valid driving license and willingness to travel.
Flexibility and hands-on mentality.
Knowledge of local market conditions.
Strong social and communication skills.
Advanced reporting and writing skills.
Excellent management skills, teamwork, and flexibility.
Advanced oral and written skills in English and Arabic. Hebrew is an advantage.
