AAM Consulting is currently looking for experts for the WB funded “Consulting Services for Upgrade of the Birth Registration System (SIRCEV)” project in Mozambique. The project is now at the bidding phase and we are looking for experts interested in implementation and possessing all qualifications and skills required for the positions.
The objective of this assignment is to provide technical assistance in
Support the BPR of civil and ID registration
Assess e-SIRCEV: assess the architecture, technology and functionalities of the existing information system procedures
Support the development and roll out of a new version of e-SIRCEV
KE4 - System Architect
· Degree in information technology or related field
· At least 5 years of experience as a system analyst and system architect in e-governance.
· Proven ability with the Model-View-Controller (MVC) approach to software projects, including three layers: the model (data logic manipulation), the view (user interface), and the controller (application flow).
· Proven ability with agile methodologies.
· Relevant certifications such as Capability Maturity Model (CMM) and SCRUM would be advantageous.
The intended project start date is January 2026, with an estimated project duration of 16 months.
Working Languages: English and Portuguese
