IntelHRC is seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead and oversee all aspects of financial strategy, operations, and planning. Reporting directly to the CEO, the CFO will ensure financial compliance, optimize performance, and drive strategic growth. This role is an exciting opportunity for a results-oriented leader to contribute significantly to IntelHRC’s success.

PURPOSE

The CFO will be responsible for directing the company's financial strategy, planning, and operations. the ideal Candidate will ensure the company’s financial strength and profitability, overseeing all financial functions including budgeting, forecasting, risk management, financial reporting, and investor relations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategic Financial Leadership

  • Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Provide accurate and timely financial insights to the CEO and Board for decision-making.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the finance team across jurisdictions.

Operational Financial Excellence

  • Oversee revenue recognition, cash flow optimization, and treasury management.
  • Ensure accurate payroll, tax compliance, and vendor payment processes.
  • Maintain robust general ledger systems and ensure timely reporting.

Compliance and Risk Management

  • Proactively identify and mitigate financial risks.
  • Ensure strict adherence to financial regulations and audit standards.
  • Maintain detailed documentation to support audits and uphold financial integrity.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Work closely with department heads to align financial objectives with organizational goals.
  • Serve as a liaison with external auditors, tax authorities, and financial institutions.

QUALIFICATIONS 

  • A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field; an MBA or Master’s in Finance is highly preferred...
  • Extensive experience in strategic planning, risk management, and corporate governance.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities, with excellent communication and presentation skills.

Required Skills and Attributes:

  • Financial Expertise: Strong financial forecasting, planning, and budget improvement skills.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, and financial management software.
  • Leadership and Strategy: Exceptional leadership and problem-solving abilities.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with government laws, regulations, and democratic political processes.
  • Analytical Acumen: Impeccable comfort working with numbers and an analytical mindset.
  • Integrity: Demonstrated honesty and ethical standards in financial management.
