International Team Leader - Solid Waste Collection Services Specialist

Minimum qualifications required for International Team Leader - Solid Waste Collection Services Specialist

• He/She is expected to have at least a post-graduate degree in civil or environmental engineering, solid waste or environmental management or related fields
• 20-30 years of international experience in solid waste management, specifically with proven and practical experience in setting up/facilitating collection, cleaning and transport waste (service) contracts and definition of waste collection, cleaning and transport services, performance indicators and related costs and payments. 
• The specialist should have practical experience in facilitating the process of selecting suitable operational and commercial arrangements for collection, cleaning and transport (service) contracts, preparation of bid documents, contracts and supporting negotiations of final arrangements (including financial and legal)
• The specialist shall have experience in undertaking feasibility studies, developing plans and strategies, cost recovery mechanisms, workshops and trainings for municipal officials, and preparation of knowledge products in the solid waste management sector
• Experience is Asia, Southeast Asia especially in Cambodia would be beneficial
