Physical Planner

We are qualified for Request for Proposals for Consultancy Services for "Mkhondvo - Ngwavuma Water Augmentation Program (MNWAP) Holistic Development Master Plan" funded by African Development Bank

Educational Qualification:

A bachelor’s degree in urban/regional planning.

General experience:

Minimum of 10 years working experience

Specific experience:

a)     7 years’ experience as an urban/regional planner

b)    Experience physical / regional planner in at least 2 projects in the preparation of special economic zones with a particular emphasis on special agro-industrial processing zones in the last 10 years.

c)     Experience in working with projects funded by development partners such as (AfDB, WB, etc.) will be an added advantage. 

d)    Experience working in developing countries especially Sab-Saharan Africa will be an added advantage.

Registration with recognized professional body.
