Description

We are looking for a local evaluation consultant with experience in solid waste management and circular economy:

  • Experience in empirical social research (qualitative and quantitative methods, data collection and data analysis)
  • Sectoral knowledge and technical expertise in Solid Waste Management is mandatory
  • Regional knowledge working with International Organisations in Rwanda
  • Excellent language skills in Kinyarwanda (C2 Level) and Englisch (C1 Level)
