Wind Energy Technical Expert

We are seeking an international consultant (preferably Egyptian) to participate in a proposal to conduct a comprehensive Strategic Environmental and Social Assessment and Cumulative Impact Assessment (SESA–CIA) for the Renewable Energy Sector in the Gulf of Suez (GoS), Egypt.

Start Date and Duration of the Assignment: The Assignment is expected to start in 4Q 2025 and has an estimated overall duration of 12 months.

We are looking for : 

Wind Energy Technical Expert: An expert with preferably at least 10 years of experience in wind energy technical assessments, including the design, implementation, and operation of wind farms. Proven track record in ensuring the technical integrity of wind energy projects, aligned with environmental and social compliance requirements. Familiarity with EBRD’s energy project standards is essential. Fluency in spoken and written English is required.
