Position Location: Ukraine and remote.
ABOUT COWATER

SUMMARY OF THE OPPORTUNITY
This Program seeks to bolster Ukraine's competitiveness by supporting both public and private sector entities in key areas: improving the enabling business environment, fostering productivity, innovation and value addition, and enhancing workforce skills in selected sectors. It will achieve four outcomes: Outcome 1: SME friendly regulatory framework conditions, effective public-private dialogue and a conducive business environment; Outcome 2: Enhanced competitiveness and innovation of selected sectors; Outcome 3: Improved operational performance, sustainability and skills for SMEs and Outcome 4: Quality employment and strengthened labour market governance.
The four components of the program are:
