Overview: 

Rambøll Buildings is strengthening its foothold in Ukraine, concentrating on social and residential housing and reconstruction projects. Our goal is to attract seasoned professionals with expertise in projects financed by International Financial Institutions (IFIs). We aim to enhance the local infrastructure and contribute sustainably to Ukraine's development. 

Position Objectives: 

The Lead Procurement Expert will be vital in guiding and managing the procurement processes for IFI projects in Ukraine. Reporting to Rambøll Buildings, this role supports the mission to deliver high-quality, sustainable projects with significant environmental impacts. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Manage procurement activities for IFI - funded projects in Ukraine. 
• Ensure compliance with internationally accepted procurement standards and practices. 
• Prepare procurement documentation and contracts in line with IFI requirements. 

Qualifications: 

Education: 

• Master's degree in engineering, economics, finance, law, public administration, or a related field. 
• Alternatively, a minimum of 7 years of relevant professional experience. 

Professional Experience: 

• At least 7 years of professional experience in relevant fields. 
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement documentation and contract preparation for projects funded by IFIs or other international organizations. 

Procurement Skills: 

• Demonstrated knowledge of procurement and contracting practices, rules, and legislation in Ukraine.

Language Proficiency: 

• Excellence in written and verbal communication in English, demonstrated through education, international project experience, or roles in English - speaking environments. 
• Ukrainian.
