In addition to the qualified Expert Team, the Contractor will make available sufficient administrative and clerical support staff to perform support tasks requested.
Support staff will provide, administrative services including:
Agenda management
Meeting preparation (online and/or in-person), including logistics and coordination
Minute-taking and drafting of meeting records
Travel organisation and related arrangements
Any other additional support services requested within the scope of the ToR
Under the supervision of the Contract Manager, support staff will:
Coordinate with the whistleblowing application provider (EQS) regarding licence fee payments
Ensure the Integrity Line remains operational and is properly maintained (administrative coordination and follow-up)
Support staff must demonstrate:
Strong organisational and coordination skills
Excellent command of English, including drafting/writing skills
Education and experience
A university degree is not required
Previous professional experience is not an essential requirement
