The position is to be filled as soon as possible, with a contract duration of two years. Employment location will be Bonn, Germany. The position is paid according to Salary Group 8.
We aim to manage our marketing activities in an increasingly data-driven way in the future – and you will help us create transparency, clarity, and measurable impact.
As a Marketing Data Analyst, you will develop a standardized KPI and reporting framework, build dashboards, and deliver the insights our marketing teams need to make data-based decisions. At the same time, you will take on a central role in budget planning and performance monitoring.
You will create Power BI dashboards, further develop them, and support colleagues in building their own reports.
You will conduct analyses of donor behavior.
You will analyze customer journeys, conversion funnels, and marketing channels and derive concrete optimization opportunities.
You will assess the effectiveness of marketing measures through attribution analyses and exploratory data analysis.
You will support marketing budget planning and ensure transparent, data-based decision-making.
You will work closely with Data Engineers and Data Scientists in projects and maintain an overview of relevant tracking setups.
