Commercial Aquaculture Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Aquaculture Expert for an upcoming proposal. The ideal candidate will hold a Master's in Marine Resource Economics (or relevant field) and possess over 12 years of experience in leading shrimp farming operations, with proven expertise in farm establishment, production optimization, commercialization, biosecurity management, and market linkage (domestic or export). International exposure and a strong track record in managing both front and back-end aquaculture projects are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead aquaculture-related projects

• Oversee shrimp hatchery/grow-out operations

• Ensure production optimization and market commercialization

Qualification Requirements:

• Master's degree in Marine Resource Economics or related field

• 12 years of experience in shrimp farming operations
