  • coordination with port authorities, terminal operators and logistics stakeholders.

• 8+ years of proven experience in business development and international cooperation, with a strong focus on:

  • international relations,

  • institutional agreements,

  • cooperation frameworks involving ports or transport authorities.

• Demonstrated experience contributing to strategic studies, operational assessments, SWOT analyses and roadmaps for ports or logistics hubs.

Key Competencies

• Deep understanding of port ecosystems and international logistics networks.

• Ability to analyse operational, institutional and regulatory dimensions of port activities.

• Strong analytical and reporting skills, with experience delivering structured technical reports.

Languages

• English: C1–C2 level (mandatory).
