10+ years of direct experience in activities related to:
port logistics operations,
supply chain management in maritime contexts,
coordination with port authorities, terminal operators and logistics stakeholders.
8+ years of proven experience in business development and international cooperation, with a strong focus on:
international relations,
institutional agreements,
cooperation frameworks involving ports or transport authorities.
Demonstrated experience contributing to strategic studies, operational assessments, SWOT analyses and roadmaps for ports or logistics hubs.
Deep understanding of port ecosystems and international logistics networks.
Ability to analyse operational, institutional and regulatory dimensions of port activities.
Strong analytical and reporting skills, with experience delivering structured technical reports.
English: C1–C2 level (mandatory).
Additional languages considered an asset.
