Objective:

The project focuses on delivering a structured training and knowledge-transfer program in Tajikistan, ensuring that the planning, procurement, and maintenance of complex road and bridge infrastructure align with international standards.

Position: Project and Construction Management Expert

We are seeking a senior expert to develop and deliver the Project and Construction Management training stream under a structured capacity-building program for Tajikistan’s road and bridge sector. The role focuses on practical implementation management skills, including planning and scheduling, construction supervision and quality control, risk and stakeholder management, and structured reporting aligned with international best practice.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Deliver modules on project planning, scheduling, site management, and M&E
  • Support in preparing field based practical exercise

Candidate Requirements

  • Civil Engineering or Construction Management degree
  • At least 10 years of experience in managing or supervising infrastructure projects
  • Familiar with planning tools (Primavera, MS Project), quality control, and risk management
  • Previous training experience

Assignment Details

Location: Remote with international missions to Dushanbe.
