Position: Financial Management and Economic Analyst

We are seeking a senior expert to deliver the financial management and economic analysis training stream, strengthening participants’ ability to prepare budgets and cost estimates, manage disbursement and financial control procedures, and apply basic economic appraisal for road and bridge investments. The role combines development of practical training materials with hands-on workshops and structured reporting aligned with the overall capacity-building program.

Objective:

The project focuses on delivering a structured training and knowledge-transfer program in Tajikistan, ensuring that the planning, procurement, and maintenance of complex road and bridge infrastructure align with international standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver training on budgeting, financial control, economic analysis (NPV, IRR, EIRR), and PPP models
• Provide tools and templates relevant for road project planning.

Candidate Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
• At least 10 years of experience in economic and financial evaluation of transport or infrastructure projects
• Experience in IFI project financing, disbursement, and cost control.

Assignment Details

Location: Remote with international missions to Dushanbe.
