BK Plus Europe is growing and we’re looking for a Framework Manager.

We design, manage, and implement framework contracts and long-term agreements with major international donors and institutions, including UNDP, the European Commission (DG REFORM, SEA), Enabel, the Council of Europe, and other international financing and cooperation agencies. These frameworks are fast-paced, multi-assignment, and highly people-driven—and they need someone who enjoys being at the centre of coordination, delivery, and growth.

???? What you’ll actually do

You will be a core driver of BK Plus Europe’s framework portfolio, covering both winning new framework contracts and implementing call-off assignments:

• Act as a key coordination point between BK Plus Europe, donors (e.g. UNDP, EC, Enabel, CoE), and implementing partners
• Manage end-to-end implementation of call-off assignments under existing framework contracts
• Identify, approach, brief, negotiate with, and contract international and local experts
• Coordinate expert availability, inputs, timelines, and deliverables across multiple parallel assignments
• Ensure close follow-up during implementation, maintaining quality, timelines, and alignment with donor expectations
• Bidding for new framework contracts, preparation for new rounds of FWC applications

???? Who we’re looking for

We’re looking for someone with at least 5 years of relevant experience who is ready to take ownership and grow and

• have experience in international consulting, development cooperation, or donor-funded projects
• have worked with framework contracts, LTAs, or multi-assignment delivery models
• are confident communicating with senior experts, partners, and donor representatives
• have excellent drafting skills (clear emails, coordination notes, short proposal inputs)
• are organised, proactive, and comfortable juggling multiple parallel tasks
• Are fluent in English (written & spoken)
