Job Title: Quantity Surveyor - Measurements (Non-Key)

Location: Project Site

Role: Execute on-site measurement, cost tracking, and scheduling support for dam rehabilitation works under FIDIC contract conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily site measurements and prepare quantity records for interim payments and variations.
• Maintain accurate cost records and assist in financial reporting.
• Support work planning and schedule monitoring using project management software (e.g., Primavera).
• Administer measurement and payment procedures in line with FIDIC contracts and project specifications.
• Collaborate with engineers and the contract team to verify work completed against BoQs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 8+ years of professional experience as a Quantity Surveyor.
• 5+ years of experience specifically in civil works of a similar nature (dam/water sector preferred).
• Hands-on experience with project scheduling software (Primavera or other CPM/PERT tools).
• Proven experience administering measurements and payments under FIDIC contracts for rehabilitation or construction activities.
• Strong knowledge of technical specifications and methods of measurement.
