Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a Corporate Fundraiser who will generate revenue and reduce costs to maximize our impact on children affected by conflict. In this role, you will leverage knowledge, data, continuous testing, and excellent relationship management to inspire partners, strengthen relationships, and grow our partner and friend base. You will recruit new corporate relationships, maintain, and expand existing ones. You will manage your own focus area within the corporate fundraising team. You will be part of War Child Netherlands and work under the supervision of the Head of Corporate & Major Donor Fundraising.

Your responsibilities
Co-develop and implement the annual plan within the fundraising strategy

Translate the fundraising strategy into a well-founded annual plan with concrete activities in collaboration with the other team members and the Head of Corporate & Major Donor Fundraising.
Translating valuable market and sector insights for the development of propositions, pitch decks, campaigns, and events in collaboration with marketing specialists, communications specialists, and other team members.
Analyzing data and results from our own research, identifying bottlenecks and opportunities to improve the fundraising strategy.
Providing and monitoring reliable reporting and analysis on progress, revenue and Return on Investment (ROI).
Acquisition of new business & increasing the share of wallet of existing relationships

Able to establish new corporate partnerships and/or leverage corporate donations from campaigns, events, or within your own network.
Realize opportunities to increase the Share of Wallet of existing relationships through proactive relationship management.
Responsible for the management and further development of the organization's pro bono offering (Gift in Kind proposition).
Giving (pitch) presentations to potential companies, during company events of existing relations and/or for the internal organization
Database management & marketing automation

Ensure that account information and fundraising methods are up to date in our internal systems and available to the entire team.
Develop (in collaboration with other team members) proposals to improve the overall CRM process.
Your profile
Experience in corporate fundraising, business development and strategic account management;
Excellent commercial, communication and presentation skills in Dutch and English;
Commercial insight & mindset and strong analytical skills;
Skills in stakeholder management at different levels, both internal and external;
Experience with Salesforce, or another CRM system, is a plus.

Minimum 3 years of work experience
What we offer
Salary ranges from €3,801-€4,727 gross per month, based on 40 hours per week (the exact amount is determined by the years of your relevant work experience);
8% holiday allowance based on the annual salary;
An employment contract for 32-40 hours;
29 days of vacation per year on a full-time basis (of which 3 pre-determined days off);
A pension scheme fully paid by War Child Netherlands;
Net compensation for home work and travel expenses according to our hybrid work policy;
Monthly mobile phone allowance of €25 net per month;
