Yooshin, a global leader in infrastructure consulting from South Korea, is expanding in the Philippines!

We're seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to support our projects and drive business development across the country.

 

???? Oversee infrastructure projects in transport, water, energy & urban planning

???? Engage with key stakeholders – DPWH, NEDA, LGUs, ADB, World Bank

???? Coordinate between local teams and Seoul HQ

???? Contribute to strategic planning and operations

 

Education:

 

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Urban Planning, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).

- Professional engineering license or PMP certification is an advantage.

 

Qualifications:

 

✅ 3 ~ 12 years in infrastructure/engineering consulting

✅ 3+ years in project or leadership roles

✅ Experience with ADB/World Bank-funded projects

✅ Familiarity with Philippine public procurement systems

✅ Strong communication, leadership & technical coordination skills
