The consultancy aims to assess and strengthen institutional infrastructure and facilities supporting TVET, STEM+I programs, and innovation hubs in Angola, ensuring alignment with international standards, inclusiveness, and climate resilience.
Institutional Infrastructure and Facilities Specialist
Master’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Facilities Planning, or a related field.
Minimum 15 years overall professional experience, of which at least 10 years in buildings assessment, institutional facilities audits, or educational infrastructure planning.
Proven experience carrying out technical assessments and/or technical audits of TVET institutions or higher education infrastructure in Africa.
Strong familiarity with infrastructure standards for innovation hubs, vocational training centers, and STEM+I programs.
Knowledge of climate-resilient infrastructure planning and inclusive facility design.
Demonstrated strong analytical and technical reporting skills.
Experience working in Angola or Lusophone Africa is considered an added advantage.
Fluency in English is required; working knowledge of Portuguese will be considered an asset.
