Experts in Digital Government

AAM Consulting is currently looking for experts for the WB funded “Consultancy Services to draw up Mozambique’s Digital Government and data Strategy, and service standard” project in Mozambique. The project is now at the bidding phase and we are looking for experts interested in implementation and possessing all qualifications and skills required for the positions. The objective of this assignment is to draw up the Digital Government and Data Strategy, as well as the regulation for the government service standards..

The intended project start date is May 2026, with 6 months duration.

Open positions:

a) A Project Manager with over 15 years' proven experience in the field of Digital Governance;

b) A specialist in agile and human centred digital transformation with more than 10 years’ proven experience;

c) A specialist in agile and human centred design for government services

d) A specialist in data governance / data management / data strategies

e) A specialist in the legal field with more than 10 years' proven experience and solid knowledge of Mozambican legislation in the areas of ICT.

For all positions minimum requirement is a Master degree in the relevant field. Experience in Mozambique is a must for the legal specialist and considered as an advantage for the other positions. Fluency in English is a must.
