What we are looking for
Strong experience and technical expertise in Risk and Compliance management from the humanitarian sector. Experience from fluid and complex contexts.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Knowledge and experience support or working with partners would be an added advantage. Knowledge and understanding of the Ukrainian context.
What you will do
As a consultative member of the Country Management Group (CMG) and the leader of the risk and compliance function in the Country Office (CO), the Risk and Compliance Manager is responsible for: leading the CO's efforts to effectively manage risks; promoting a risk management culture; ensuring the CO’s compliance within high-risk areas and with regulations not specific to a given function and responding to any issues or questions that arise relating to the CO’s work on PSEA, DPR, legal, Code of Conduct and complaints management.

What we offer
Duty station: Kyiv Ukraine.
Contract: 12 months full time employment (with the possibility of extension based on funding and performance).
Travel: 30%.
Salary/benefits: Grade 9 on NRC's grading structure.
