Local Technical Assistant / Expert in Cybersecurity

We are seeking a Local Technical Assistant / Expert in Cybersecurity to provide technical support for the implementation of cybersecurity-related activities under the project in Kyiv. The expert will contribute to technical planning, cybersecurity-related coordination, procurement support, reporting, and follow-up of activities linked to digital administration, cyber resilience, and the development of regional cybersecurity capacities. The role will work closely with project teams, public institutions, and other relevant stakeholders.

Duration: up to 33 months

Location: Kyiv, Ukraine

Minimum requirements

The proposed expert must meet the following requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent university degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, or Engineering related to the subject matter of the contract.
• Three (3) Master’s degrees related to the subject matter of the contract.
• At least five (5) years of experience in Public Administration and/or procurement at the level of a European country.
• At least three (3) years of professional experience in information technologies, security, cybersecurity, data management, and/or other fields related to the subject matter of the contract.
• At least three (3) years of professional experience in positions and/or assignments directly or indirectly linked to Public Administration in a European country in the field of digital development and digital administration.
• C2 level in Ukrainian and at least A1 level in English, as the working languages of the project.
