Call for Experts – Energy / Electricity Distribution / Live Line Maintenance

Sistem Global is expanding its expert pool for upcoming international technical assistance assignments in the energy sector.

We are currently looking for qualified experts with strong backgrounds in one or more of the following areas:

• Live Line Maintenance (LLM) in electricity distribution systems
• Low and medium voltage distribution networks
• Electricity distribution operations and maintenance
• Technical capacity building and training-of-trainers
• Energy sector regulatory alignment, procedures and technical standards
• Feasibility assessment, technical analysis and roadmap development
• Training center/facility design for technical vocational or operational capacity building
• Occupational health and safety in electricity network operations

Indicative expert profiles include:

• Live Line Maintenance Expert
• Energy / Electricity Distribution Expert
• Power Systems / Electrical Distribution Engineer
• Energy Regulation / Technical Standards Expert

Preferred qualifications:

• University degree in electrical engineering, energy engineering, power systems, or other relevant discipline
• Proven professional experience in electricity distribution and/or energy infrastructure projects
• Demonstrated experience in LLM practices, distribution network maintenance, or technical training programmes is a strong asset
• Experience in EU-funded or other internationally financed projects is an advantage
• Familiarity with EU practices, IEC/EN standards, operational manuals, technical procedures, and institutional capacity development is highly desirable
• Strong command of English required; Turkish is assets

Experts with experience in strategy development, technical feasibility studies, training systems, operational guidelines, and knowledge transfer in the electricity distribution sector are especially encouraged to apply.
