Medical Mission Meets Cultural Adventure

Med Global Voluntourism gives medical practice a “human face” by combining short-term medical missions with cultural exchange and travel. This program works in partnership with existing local medical projects to provide sustainable and ethical care.

Who It’s For: This is our most inclusive program, welcoming medical students, doctors, nurses, allied health professionals, public health workers, families, and groups.

The Experience: Participants provide free medical consultations and health education while touring local attractions through safari adventures.

Signature Feature: All participants are offered a one-night stay at the Tarangire Roika Tented Lodge, our local partner in Arusha.

Service & Learning: You will participate in community health assessments, help with patient admissions and discharges, and engage in multidisciplinary meetings with local nurses and pharmacists.
