Role summary: The expert will lead the strategic and conceptual development of corporate identity assignments under the framework contract. He/she will ensure coherence of the EUDA visual language across products, services, campaigns, publications and event-specific concepts, while further developing visual guidelines, principles, motifs and sub-brand applications in line with the core EUDA brand.
Key responsibilities
· Lead the creative development and evolution of corporate identity systems and visual language.
· Define and refine visual communication principles, graphic motifs and brand application rules.
· Develop project- or event-specific visual concepts, identifiers and associated branded assets.
· Supervise concept quality and consistency across digital, print and event-related outputs.
· Guide the team on brand coherence, design quality and creative direction.
Minimum profile requirements
· At least 10-15 years of professional experience in corporate identity, branding, graphic design or related creative services.
· Proven experience in designing or evolving institutional or corporate visual identities.
· Demonstrated capacity to translate strategic objectives into coherent visual systems.
· Strong portfolio including brand manuals, visual systems, event identities, campaign concepts or sub-brand architectures.
· Excellent command of Adobe Creative Cloud or equivalent professional design tools.
· Experience working in multilingual and digital communication environments.
Assets
· Experience with EU institutions, agencies, public sector clients, or organisations active in research, health or social policy.
· Familiarity with accessibility-conscious design and responsive formats.
