Role summary: The expert will design and configure branded templates for Word, PowerPoint and Excel, plus related document assets such as e-mail signatures, ensuring that all templates are functional, user-friendly, accessible and compatible with the technical environments specified by the contracting authority. This is a critical role in this tender because template performance is a core part of the scope.
Key responsibilities
· Design and build branded templates for Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
· Ensure templates reflect corporate identity standards in fonts, colours, styles and structure.
· Prepare user guidance for template use.
· Ensure compatibility with Microsoft Office, LibreOffice, OnlyOffice and PDF.js or equivalent.
· Ensure templates are accessible and do not rely on macros.
· Adjust and refine templates based on user feedback during implementation.
Minimum profile requirements
· At least 7-10 years of relevant experience in document template design, Office-based visual systems, or branded document engineering.
· Proven experience creating Word, PowerPoint and Excel templates for institutional or corporate use.
· Strong understanding of paragraph styles, master slides, document structure, pagination, headers and template behaviour.
· Demonstrated knowledge of accessibility requirements in document templates.
· Experience ensuring compatibility across multiple office/document platforms.
· Experience working in digital and multilingual contexts.
Assets
· Familiarity with document management environments and PDF preview issues.
· Experience with template deployment for public institutions or large organisations.
