Quantity Surveyor

We are shortlisted by The Ministry of Finance & Public Enterprises , Maldives for Request for Proposals for “Consultancy Services for Ras Male’ Transport Master Plan – Project Preparation & Feasibility Study ”. We are doing many funded projects by Multilateral Development Banks funded such as World Bank, Saudi Development Fund, Asian Development Bank, African Development Bank, Afri-Exim Bank. We have executed project assignments in more than 20+ countries in various infrastructure engineering discipline. Additionally, we are currently doing a project in Maldives funded by Saudi Development Fund for PMC of Cold storage and ancillary facilities

Quantity Surveyor:

Qualifications & Specific Experience:

•  Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or Civil Engineering with a minimum of 10 years of experience in similar projects.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Prepares cost estimates, life – cycle cost analyses, and financial feasibility studies for transport solutions
