Currently, we are looking for an international expert to be included in our Proposal:
 
1. Position: Financial and Economic Specialist
Project Location: Cambodia
Man-months: 3MM
 
Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, financing, economics, business management, or a related discipline
• At least 10 years of experience in public infrastructure financing in urban infrastructure
• Specific experience in business planning, tariff setting, designing cost recovery systems, and billing mechanisms is preferred
• Previous experience in donor-funded projects is desirable
