Technical Assistance for Monitoring Services of Beneficiary Projects under the Union for the Mediterranean (UfM) Grant Scheme for the Promotion of Inclusive Digital Trade
The consultancy will be carried out mainly remotely, with at least one in-person field visit to each beneficiary project in the implementation countries.
Estimated duration: Approximately 6 months within an 18 month period.

Academic Background
University degree in Economics, Finance, Project Management, or another relevant discipline.
Additional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management qualifications will be considered an asset.
Languages
Professional proficiency in English (mandatory).
Fluency in French and/or Arabic will be considered a strong asset.
Professional Experience
Minimum 8 years of experience in monitoring and evaluation of project implementation and/or managing projects under grant schemes.
Previous experience in public administration, project management, and financial supervision.
Demonstrated experience in technical report drafting and analytical reporting.
Specific Experience
At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in one or more fields related to the thematic priorities of the call, particularly inclusive digital trade, economic development, or internationally funded programmes.
Previous experience in monitoring UfM or EU-funded programmes will be considered a strong advantage.
