Technical Assistance for Monitoring Services of Beneficiary Projects under the Union for the Mediterranean (UfM) Grant Scheme for the Promotion of Inclusive Digital Trade
The consultancy will be carried out mainly remotely, with at least one in-person field visit to each beneficiary project in the implementation countries.
Estimated duration: Approximately 6 months within an 18 month period.
Expert profile
Academic Background
University degree in Economics, Finance, Project Management, or another relevant discipline.
Additional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management qualifications will be considered an asset.
Languages
Professional proficiency in English (mandatory).
Knowledge of French and/or Arabic will be considered an asset.
Professional Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in monitoring and evaluation of project implementation and/or managing projects under grant schemes.
Experience in technical and financial project review.
Strong capacity for document analysis, indicator tracking, and reporting.
Specific Experience
At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in one or more sectors linked to the thematic priorities of the call, particularly digital trade, economic development, or institutional strengthening.
Previous experience in EU or UfM-funded programmes will be considered an advantage.
